Prosecution says that evidence of demeanor are relevant to rebut the multiple versions of her claims of what happened to Caylee. It may indicate lack of remorse as an aside, but the witness testimony is not used to show lack of remorse.

What he says doesn't even make any sense!

Judge Perry asked if evidence is being presented to SHOW lack of remorse and that wouldn't be allowed. Prosecution says that is not what they are doing.

He does say it shows conduct, not emotion. It is relevant to show conduct. So witnesses can continue as long as they are not being used to show "lack of remorse". That would not be permitted.

I just saw that on a follow up show, not live. Did you see that happen live? Are you watching the same show I am? (HLN) Nothing is airing live now, right? I'm so confused.
