The prosecution is "on" right now and Baez only has the opportunity for cross examination, I think the picture will be brought in by the prosecution and if not Baez will have to wait until the State rests and then he can enter it into evidence. I could be wrong though.

Interesting. I THINK the last ones picked ARE the alternates, but I guess they don't know they are, or at least, not for sure. That's an interesting question tho...up until what point can they put an alternate in...during deliberations, or only up until? And DO they need to stick around, even if not deliberating, until a verdict is reached? Truly has been interesting watching this process.

OMG, Baez has been harping on George for not wondering where his granddaughter was after "missing" for 9 days. But it's not like CASEY was living at home for those 9 days...he thought Caylee was with Casey! And, when he did see Casey, that Caylee was with the nanny!
