I think we just had a mistrial.

At a minimum, he just screwed his client and compromised her right to a fair trial. Idiot!

Now Judge Perry is pissed at the prosecutor for telling Tony Lozarro he wouldn't be called back until after lunch, when Perry had already told Lozarro to stay in the courthouse.

OK, lawyers out there, is this normal? This rebuking, teaching, judge getting angry, witness arguing thing? Kind of entertaining , even though , as a Florida taxpayer, I want to scream. The longer this takes, the more money it cost!

OH, and what exactly does it mean to proffer testimony or evidence?
