I'm confused by the defense's story. So George Anthony was there when the baby accidentally drown and Ray Kronk hid the body?

Every news article I've read has said the defense is going to say that Ray Kronk played a role in hiding the body. How does he even know this family?

Also why was there chloroform in the trunk of Casey's car? Why did she do internet searches for chloroform, neck breaking, etc? Why was there duct tape over the child's mouth and nose? If the child was already dead, why would she put duct tape over the child's mouth and nose before disposing of the body?

I'm confused. Honestly it sounds like a bunch of last minute nonsense to save Casey from convinction. To me, at least...

Now we need a chemistry expert: Is chloroform related to chlorine? If there is any similarity (even if the chemical formula is off), it could be their way to explain the presence of something that starts with "Chlor" in the trunk.

The other thing, about the sexual abuse charges against her brother and father -- she sure did leave her child with her family a lot to be babysat and taken care of. Would she really have done that if her father and brother were both child molesters?

It doesn't make her sexual abuse accusations sound very credible.

George and Cindy have been trusting that Casey did not do anything wrong. At least that is what they said.

I am hoping that George will not beat around the bush and be honest about his thoughts as to what he thought at the time. I don't think he would lie on the stand, but I would hope that he won't "cover" for the lying accuser.

Yes, they're claiming George was there at the house when Caylee drowned, as was Casey.

I don't think anyone is saying Ray Kronk knows the family, but found the body (?) and moved it so he can find it??? If he found the body the first time, why not just announce it then???

None of those other questions have been addressed by the Defense, I don't think.

They can say that George covered it up in an opening statement and then do nothing else.

At a minimum, Casey is getting manslaughter.

Also, someone should make him aware that ANY history of past abuse is NOT an accepted defense for murder. So that is not reasonable doubt by itself. Doesn't matter how many times she alleges her father made her do something or did something to her. It is NOT a defense at all.

She ain't getting no mansalughter. Her two options right now are murder & murder. If she gets manslaughter, that would be a bigger surpise than OJ.
