Ok, maybe Im just being ornery and grumpy, but I hate the look of groupies outside the courtroom , taking pics and videos. This is a case about a little girl and someone's life, it just seems a bit, oh, I don't know, out of place?.
These people trying to get on TV,smiling for the cameras, pens and camera's out, etc just doesn't feel right to me..
Just going to post this! Let's us know, Kurby!Kurby, how is Nicole today?

I hope to never see Padilla again. If he becomes a regular commentator on other cases, I'm going to be sick. It was all I could do to watch a show about this case with him on it. Well, at least it gave me something to FF through. Him, and Linda Kenny Baden. And sometimes Sonny Hostin, if I was in a particularly cranky mood already. You should see the ones hanging out on Hopespring Dr and near the woods where they found Caylee. It is just terrible! Padilla is there plugging his "school" and talking about his involvement in the case. Sick!

oh she's great. thanks
she nursed for about 15 minutes and was alert and awake for over an hour in fact was still awak when we put her back in the incubator and left.
she was off the cpac machine for the entire time and wasn't going to be put back on for another 1.5 hours so a total of 2.5 hours breathing on her own.
she had an eye exam which i didn't talk to them about but i saw the paper and it looks like everything was good.
snd she had an ultrasound that i'll get the results of later when i call or tomorrow.
she's coming along really nicely and i'm hoping she'll be home soon
Sounds like things are coming along well!oh she's great. thanks

i turned the channel - no need to see idiots outside thinking this is their 15 minutes or lawyers coming out
heard on the news that when the jury came in, they did not look over at the defense, they said that is not a good sign for Casey. and right after perry dismissed everyone a loud thunder was over the court.
That's discouraging to hear. On VP, they were talking about the jurors and a few of them who seem pro-defense. *sigh* Well, what happens, happens.I wonder if they were instructed to not make eye contact. I have no clue, but what happens, happens. Now I'm worried the jury will be deadlocked. I saw a link to a Huffington Post article that said 50% of the country believes Casey is not guilty. I didn't read the article, it didn't sound right, but if it is, the odds of one or two jurors holding out, is statistically probable.

I completely agree with you. It is sickening. Sweet little Caylee is no longer on this earth. This isn't a concert where you would be waiting to get pictures and autographs.

someone smack that twit - this isn't a football game or a rock concert for crying out loud

OMG, I can just imagine these people calling everyone they know and putting on their FB status.... "Guess what? I was present outside the courtroom of a little girl's murder trial! WIN!"
There is not a lot of compassion in this world.
Totally out of our control, but if they come back with a not guilty verdict....![]()

Ok, it wasn't a poll of random Americans, it was a 13th Juror poll with over 13,000. Almost 50% believes she is guilty, 30% believe she is guilty of a lesser charge and 20% don't think she is guilty. Those are scary numbers. Sample poles are usually good predictors. So it is absolutely possible the jury might have as many as 5 jurors who do not want to vote for first degree manslaughter. And maybe at least 2 who think she is not guilty.
Small problem with polls...here and with any polling organization....
Most are not familiar with the law.
I mean...how many times have people commented that there was no pre-meditation, so she is not guilty.
I learned something new today--the jury need not be unanimous on if there was pre-meditation or not to provide a guilty of first degree murder verdict
So, don't give polls too much weight. The samples are tainted and have not been provided the instructions of the jury.
People were driving by the murder scene taking pictures. People with kids!
