I wonder if all of those people who are yelling justice was served and how proud they are of our justice system would feel the same if this was Osama Bin Laden. Let’s just say he was captured and not killed, brought to America for a trial, and was acquitted because there was no real smoking gun? He didn’t physically fly the plane so he must be innocent! Would justice have been served than? I mean we all know he was guilty as sin but would we as a nation be OK with him walking free because well we would rather 100 guilty people walk free instead of one innocent person being found guilty?

Completely different scenario. First of all, he always said he was guilty. Second, it was an act of war against the U.S., and he was taken out -- basically an on the spot death sentence -- in that context.

He looked so sad and sick when the verdict was read. It is too bad this is the trial he is going out on. Make no mistake - he was brilliant and Caylee could not have asked for a better advocate - but he will probably always wonder what he could have done differently.

I am completely baffled. How do they think she is not guilty of anything?? Not guilty of manslaughter, not guilty of child abuse, not guilty of anything except having imaginary friends??

The man we visit on death row was convicted in Pinellas County, on much less than this. Without being too specific, he was convicted almost soley on the word a person who was given a deal. To this day a body has not been found, yet there he sits on death row, and Casey will be partying by this weekend. I'm not saying at all that he does not belong in jail, or even that the does not belong on death row (he himself is pro death penalty, which is not a popular view to have on death row). I'm saying this makes absolutely no sense. I never wished the death penalty upon her, but I certainly wished for her to pay. And now she has gotten away with murder.

I have to admit that I have never seen Big Brother. Not too sure what the show is even about. When does it start and is there a link to the thread? I think it would be fun to hang out with you guys on another thread.

Oh lord! Id love to have you aboard but for the love of God don't do it! There are live feeds, they are on West Coast time, you end up glued to your computer all day and if you live on the east coast, you are up all night because of the time change. Its awful! Run, run before you get hooked!

My dad had the heart to call and gloat just a bit ago. He thinks George did it. I think he buys the molestation charges, but thinks it was an actual murder by George not the accidental drowning.

He also think Casey won't go on any talk shows.

Doesn't the real Zenaida Gonzalez already have a pending civil suit against ICA? That will take her profits I would think. Not to mention all the money she still owes her DT, I'm sure they will be expecting a large share of any money she gets. Hopefully, Ms Gonzalez will get the rest.

Nancy Grace said Casey will not have to pay the DT a dime, I think because it is a death penalty case and a public defender would not cut it. Not sure if that is the reason but, she won't have to pay anything. I think Jose and Casey will be working as a team on future projects he will make his money that way and he will have many more clients seeking out his services.

Casey won't have to pay. The courts declared her indigent (incapable of paying and lack of any funding). Anything she gets she'll keep. She owes her defense team nothing. The state did give the DT money when they ran out of money from the initial payment they received from Casey that she received from selling Caylee's photos.

well your there, no excuse for that behavior, but however I saw this coming. I am infuriated that if the jury has the say of not guilty why run and hide and tell people why you did it

I just heard on channel 9, that one of the alternates did speak to the press. He told them that, from his point of view, he did not feel that anyone answered how Caylee died. He also felt that the family is so dysfunctional that it was possible that an accident occurred. He had a reasonable doubt.

I must also add that I understand why the jury doesn't want to talk. There are already death threats against the Anthony family. The same crazy people willing to threaten the Anthonys might also make threats against the jurors or their families. People are so passionate about this case. I'd not want to take the chance if I were in their position.

Carefully worded, but yep. I believe he also testified that he didn't think Casey would do anything like that to her child "BACK THEN".

I am saddened to hear that people are threatening the Anthonys. I have no doubt that Casey's life will be in danger when she is released. There is no excuse for this type of behavior.

I'll tell you what other type of behavior is inexcusable too (oh, and there IS evidence of this): Partying, tattooing and basically just having a good ole time while your daughter is __________ (kidnapped, dead from an accident that you don't report, dead by your own hand - you fill in the blank), and then lying to people who are trying to find your daughter. THAT'S inexcusable to me. Unfortunately, the jury must not have thought so.

Yup. The taxpayers paid for her defense. Maybe the jurors felt like since they were payin' for it, they might as well lean that way.

BUT, she'll be a millionaire in a week and will have plenty of money to party on. I hope she is shunned anywhere she goes for the rest of her life. I hope IF she ever does get a job that people will boycott the place of employment vengefully. I also hope the jurors get their fair share of grief as well.

As someone else said, the only silver lining is that the little girl doesn't have to grow up in this family.

Where will she go when released and where is she getting $$$$$ to live on when she does get out. I would love to know how this jury came to this conclusion based on WHAT No matter who I talk to they certainly do not agree with the verdict of Not Guilty So many of us are certain of her guilt how come these jurors weren't? honestly I don't get it ok maybe not Murder in 1st but one of the lesser charges
