There has already been a fight outside the restaurant where the defense team is having dinner. A man got into an fight with a security person preventing people from entering the restaurant.

While I realize that people are upset, I cannot condone the behavior I now see by some people today in Orlando. If you don't like the way our justice system works, work to have it changed.

I am saddened to hear that people are threatening the Anthonys. I have no doubt that Casey's life will be in danger when she is released. There is no excuse for this type of behavior.

This woman shouldn't be allowed to be within 50 feet of ANY kid.

The scary part is that she will probably be pregnant again within a year.

when trial started Baez said she drowned and George was angry and hid the body. sure he did, he put duct tape on a dead body and threw her in the woods.

So who thinks that part of her sentencing should be mandatory sterilization? Guarantee she'll be knocked up again in 6 months.

I hate that her parents are getting death threats, that's awful.

I bet the truth of what happened to that precious child is something more bizarre than any of us can imagine.

I would like to k ow how this brings closure for them, she threw everyone under the bus, got mad when her dad did not comply with it. Casey is the only one who knows what she did to Caylee. How is that closure?

My Dad called and was wondering if someone could bring a wrongful death civil case against Casey so that if convicted of that, she can't profit from the death of Caylee. The Goldman's did this to OJ. I told him that it probably wouldn't happen because who would bring the case against her? I don't think her parents will and I'm sure it would be too expensive to pursue. Who knows, with Casey becoming a cash cow, her parents may accept her back so they don't have to go back to work. I do think it is insane that they are receiving death threats. What is that going to solve?

I thought about that too, maybe George could not sure if it has to be a family member to claim wrongful death?

well your there, no excuse for that behavior, but however I saw this coming. I am infuriated that if the jury has the say of not guilty why run and hide and tell people why you did it

I have to admit that I have never seen Big Brother. Not too sure what the show is even about. When does it start and is there a link to the thread? I think it would be fun to hang out with you guys on another thread.

What if George and Cindy civilly sued Casey like the Goldman's did to OJ. If they got a civil verdict, Cassey could not make any money off this. Lee could also do this. If that woman is found to be Caley's paternal grandmother, she could also do it

Since she's been found Not Guilty I wonder if she'll release some statement saying what happened (or least her version). We'll probably have to buy the book. I'm guessing that because of Double Jeopardy she couldn't be retried, even if she admitted to child abuse.

I do believe it was an accident and I couldn't have voted guilty based on the evidence I heard (which wasn't much). I do think George was a problem, at a certain point I started doubting him.

Her behavior after knowing her child was dead baffles me. I'm not sure what she's guilty of but seems to me should serve time for something.

Did you get a chance to follow the case every single day? I watched all of it, did not miss one day and felt there was plenty of evidence that she murdered her child. I think that is why so many of us, including the news people are stunned because we thought there was plenty of evidence.

No, she'll wait for an offer for an exclusive interview and get paid several thousand dollars to spew more lies and BS. And sadly, the media will give it to her.

I agree with pps that death threats are completely out of order. However, if she stays in this area, there is a strong possibility that I could run into her out and about. I am sure I would not be able to keep my big mouth shut.

As for the civil suit with Zenaida GonzLez - I hope that lady wins and takes any and all money that KC has/gets.

Ok it has been 4 and 1/2 hours and I gotta say it!


A dear friend of mine has had to sit in that courtroom almost everyday (as a court officer) and listen to every word. I have not asked about the case and we have been very careful to not speak about it. But I know the pain she felt knowing the struggles she went through to become a mom. Knowing that Casey threw all that away just pissssses me off.

Doesn't the real Zenaida Gonzalez already have a pending civil suit against ICA? That will take her profits I would think. Not to mention all the money she still owes her DT, I'm sure they will be expecting a large share of any money she gets. Hopefully, Ms Gonzalez will get the rest.
