River Cruz did...
Because actions speak louder than words.
It still frosts my cookies that Cindy's whole impeachment thing was dropped.
We'll just agree to disagree. I don't see them not taking down the pool telling of anything.![]()

They had a judge read an instruction only to consider her testimony for impeachment purposes and not for any other reason.
But George and Cindy never once said that she did and George flat out denied it. That's why I don't get that them not tearing down the pool is so telling? They've already said that it isn't true.

I know she was impeached, but I don't recall him being impeached by anyone.
"The trial court's actions are not barred by the petitioner's constitutional claim of double jeopardy, as the petitioner has not legally commenced her probationary sentence," the order said.
I was in Orlando on the birthday too, but didn't go to the site until a few days later. I didn't think the site looked any darker than it should...it's very thickly wooded...not too much sunlight can get in. I did notice all the water, and from what I understand, there was a lot more than that there at the time of the searches. I saw the Winnie the Pooh, but didn't notice the stuffing coming out, but in general, I found it not very comforting to see all those stuffed animals and dolls and toys in awful wet damaged condition. I wish that people would donate that sort of thing to living children instead. JMHOI went to the site where Caylee's body was dumped and it was surreal. Unknown to me it was her birthday. There were easily close to 1000 or more messages written on the bark of most of the trees, tons of toys posters and flowers. There is a vibe there just like you would feel if you went to Oklahoma city or the 911 site. The area where they found her was really, really close to the street and the tree hit by lightning was so close to the site where they found you it was imho more than a coincidence.
Even though it had just been typical Fla weather the site was submerged in at least 5-6 in of water. I gotta say somebody dropped the ball on this one....really so close to home and they do not find her? Furthermore i saw a photo of the skeleton and there was no way Kronk saw a white skull the bones were brown.
What struck me the most was that it was so dark in there. It was an overcast day and even though it is a residential area the spot where she was found was really, really dark. I am not being dramatic. My husband took photos but I will not post them because really they are useless since they look just like every other photo you see on tv. They do not convey the feeling you get when you go. Also what sickened me even more was a huge Winnie the Pooh and one foot had clearly been chewed and the stuffing removed while the other foot had been ripped open and the stuffing pulled out.
There were lots of news trucks but some people were giving kids cupcakes and balloons to celebrate Caylee's life. I could not stop myself from crying. Really when you see it it is more heart breaking in person than anything you could see on tv. It truly is a swampy dump with trash mixed in with all the tons of toys and stuffed animals. Even more heart wrenching was the elementary school directly across from the site where Caylee would have gone to school had she lived.
Later in the day as was reported on the news George and Cindy showed up. Perhaps they are trying to mend public opinion. There was a plan showing the artists concept of what the park will look like but many of the people there share my opinion of George and Cindy and said if they had anything to do with the park then they would not contribute money. This seemed to be the general consensus of those interviewed on the news too.
I agree with others that it is very telling. IMO, it's an unspoken statement about what they believe the truth to be. They know that THEY weren't there when Caylee died, but they also don't believe for a minute that Caylee died in that pool accidentally, and that her body WAS in fact in that car.Why is that so telling? George and Cindy never said that Caylee drown in teh pool. As far as I know, only Baez and Casey were the ones saying that. George even flat out denied it happened. I do not see them not tearing down the pool telling of anything.![]()
However, destroying the car is very telling. They KNOW Caylee's decomposing body was in that car and wanted to destroy it.
Let's see...what could that charming young woman Casey have briefly said to her parents? Hhmmm...I saw on the news last night that Baez says that Casey is back in Florida in case she has to report for probation and that Casey did talk briefly to Cindy and George. Wish someone had recorded that conversation.
Delighted with the probation ruling.I was in Orlando on the birthday too, but didn't go to the site until a few days later. I agree that George and Cindy should just lay low with regard to being involved in the park and being advocates for "missing" children. Perhaps they should speak out in favor of professional jurors instead.I agree with others that it is very telling. IMO, it's an unspoken statement about what they believe the truth to be. I have thought about going to the site a few times, but I don't think I want to take my children.
I know there is supposed to be a memorial built on the site, but imo there should be a playground with lots of flowers.
