I am REALLY not feeling the love for these two the more I learn about them. It is like they created their own hello. You would think they would just try to blend with the woodwork but no....now they are on to someone else. Let's see who else can they sue and btw WHERE are they getting the money to pay Lippman? Although I must admit he has more air time than Baez and CM combined. ETA how come they have had so many attorneys. Wasn't Mark Eiglarsh one of them in the past?

Oh Please! What in the world could they possibly sue for? Casey was acquitted. What were their damages?

But ya never know. . .they might end up asking for a jury trial.

Yeah, you'd think they would just count their blessings and move on.

I can't figure out how they were harmed.

Maybe they are not really going to sue. Maybe they are saying it just to draw more attention to the alleged error, to put it in the headlines, to embarass the prosecution one more time, and then to use the error as proof their daughter is innocent.

Yeah, you'd think they would just count their blessings and move on.

I can't figure out how they were harmed.

Maybe they are not really going to sue. Maybe they are saying it just to draw more attention to the alleged error, to put it in the headlines, to embarass the prosecution one more time, and then to use the error as proof their daughter is innocent.

yeah except the prosecution were the ones that tried to restore a semblance of george's reputation to him.
And again is it just me who does not get this whole 84 thing It was already brought up and as most of you know I am the least informed about this so if I know it then it must have been fairly well known.
Did anyone notice the deputy or policeman (or what ever his rank and affiliation is) with the A's outside the court room before the sentencing? He gave Cindy a big hug and she was rubbing his back and talking and smiling at him(not suggesting anything romantic here) they were very cordial and friendly. Both she and George had no animosity toward him. Just sayin'.

last night, Mason's wife called 911. stating that she had been getting threatening phone calls that she should tell the callers where KC is and wanted an officer to come over.

now..... exactly what is the point of calling someones house and threatening them for info. do they really think if she does know where KC is she's going to tell them just cause they threatened her???

That's right! I remember reading that too. Am I right that his partner in OH died? I know I read that but I don't know if it was the truth.

I vaguely remember hearing something about the partner, but can't think of the source off the top of my head. I went back to CA's depo and she just mentioned mentioned she was concerned about GA's safety after they had the children.

I agree. I also came late into this case as my "early retirement" coincided with jury selection. Had only known the basics & thought there had to be logical explanations for the 31 days & nanny story. Suddenly had the time to not only watch the entire trial, but work through many of the official docs released because of the Sunshine Law - wanted to get some kind of handle on this case.

While I view GA as being weak & 'whipped, I feel Ca bears the most responsibility as far not only allowing KC free rein in her lying, but actively defending & aiding her. IMHO, that's not "unconditional love", but a selfish inability to admit any mistakes or wrong-doing.

Re: Anthony attys, you're thinking of Mark Nejame; he resigned, along with Brad Conway. Am I forgetting anyone else?

DH is a retired IT guy and immediately disagreed with the 84 hits during testimony - I didn't understand HIS explanation, either. I thought it would be possible, like I could hit on the DISboards 84 times a day, but he said it doesn't work like that. In my unofficial terms I get the impression there was room for error as they were working from rebuilt deleted files rather than a true internet history (but don't quote me).

He just graduated HS 2 years ago, his twitter that he originally used had posts to other celebs (Justin Bieber, etc.) begging them to follow him, etc. When he was called out on all this, he cancelled that twitter, set up a new one, and changed all his facebook stats. Except there is that embarrassing little fact that the reason she is "innocent" is b/c George was involved and oh, yeah, he molested Casey. Shouldn't they sue Casey for something?

and, (I hate to be logical), but why did Cindy lie on the stand about the searches if they weren't true and important? What was she covering for? I forgot, they lie just to lie; make an accident look like murder, lie about chloroform for no reason...it's their way.

If GA & CA wanted to garner sympathy from the public, they would sue Casey. They may have to because I think that is the only way Cindy will get to see Casey in person.
