Ok, I know you can call ahead and hold Casabella's on a upper deck or lower deck in front of Ama Ama for $90. Do you get 2 of them to seat 4? or just 1 that seats 2? Has anybody done these? Is there alot of foot traffic? Restrooms near bye? Thanks:banana:

I don't even know what that is..guess I'd better read up.

I booked the Executive lanaii in front of Ama Ama for two days during my June trip. This has two cassabellas, two lounge chairs and two chairs and a table with umbrella. Its all one deck. That cost about 275 per day. I think below that deck they rent out individual ones that might be $45.oo per day

From the Aulani website:

CASABELLAS AT ‘AMA‘AMA

Enjoy similar luxury with saltwater appeal in a 2-seat lounger with awning overlooking Ko Olina Beach. Located on the lanai, or veranda of ‘AMA‘AMA restaurant, these casabellas provide privacy and comfort as you relax and savor beach breezes.

Explore locations and rental rates (subject to change):

‘AMA‘AMA Upper Veranda: Look upon the ocean from any of 2 casabellas, available for $90 each for a full day.

‘AMA‘AMA Lower Veranda: Be closer to the beach on this lower level, where 3 casabellas are $135 each for a full day.

Executive ‘AMA‘AMA Lanai: Splash out with this sumptuous setup, featuring 2 casabellas, 2 lounge chaises, 1 table, 2 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a locking cabinet, a fruit platter, towels and 8 bottles of water. All this can be yours for $275 for a full day.

BTW, we sat in regular loungers on our last day at Aulani in October, right next to the casabellas on the lower deck. And it was hot there because the shrubbery that obscured the view of the Wedding Pavilion next door was blocking the breeze. It was the only timat Aulani I got overheated.

Here is a photo of the upper level casabella. The lower ones had a lot more deck space in front of them, but that space was often in the sun.

The casabellas, cabanas and Executive Lanai may be booked in advance.
The prices listed are per casabella, so you will get 2 seats (1 casabella) for the price listed.
We were had the Executive Lanai in July, and the foot traffic was not bad at all. When we came down to get loungers at the pool, we usually headed over to the area below Ama Ama because it was less crowded.
There is a restroom located at the entrance of Ama Ama.

Sorry to revive an old thread! But....

We have just booked an upper level casabella - will it be shaded or can we still sunbathe in them? I've booked it so that I've got guaranteed seating on an August public holiday weekend, when I imagine it will be busy - but I'm a sun worshipper, so it won't be very good for me if the area is shaded.:confused3

Many thanks for any advice:thumbsup2

The area is in the sun. The only shade really is under the casabella.

That's great thank you: :thumbsup2

Can you push the awning right back so that the casabella is in the sun & then just lift the 'roof' again when you want shade?:confused3. Sorry this is my first experience of casabellas and Aulani - can you tell?;):wave2:
