Carved Meats at Trail's End

I was wondering if these were on a rotation or luck of the draw or set now? The reason I ask is because I was watching a video from last November and they had Beef Strip Loin but on the Easywdw review from September it shows Beef Brisket. I'm inclined to expect brisket but I'd prefer the Strip Loin. Not a huge deal but just curious- Thanks!

We were there this past May and had Brisket. At the moment I do not remember what night of the week we went there. I could possible look back on my last records and see if I could check. I do know it was not a weekend night - it was during the week.

We had glazed ham and brisket, was on a mid September weekday.
