For those of you who have used Cartier Towncar, do they make a grocery stop? Also, how do you tip the driver? On FL Tours under one of the frequenlty asked questions was one on tipping and they said the customary is $10.00 from airport to resort. Is that $10.00 each way? If that's the case, it may be cheaper to rent a car for the week when the rental agency's are running specials. I've seen them for $109.00 a week. What do you think?
