Awesome response! I too have noticed that so many people turn a blind eye in these situations. They feel like "why should I get involved." A couple of months ago while shopping at the Supermarket I heard a little voice crying "mommy" I saw that he was alone and around 2 1/2 to 3 years old. I asked him if he were lost, he said he couldn't find his mommy, so off we went looking for her. I found her clear across the supermarket looking at apples, clueless that her son was gone. But, that isn't the point. The point is the loads of people were staring at him without taking any action! I actually had a woman come up to me and ask why I even bothered to get involved! Sometimes in life you need to step up to the plate.
