Carseat in Taxi

On our last day we have a priority seating at 8 AM for breakfast at Boma's in the Animal Kingdom Lodge. Since we are coming from Allstar Movies, I thought it would be more convenient to take a taxi than Disney transportation. However, with a 6 year old and 2 year old, I am wondering if a taxi will have a carseat.

Doubtful - FL law doesn't require taxis to have them. Can't say that I've ever noticed a taxi that had one.
