Cars Road Trip '06

I saw the news story about the cars from Cars coming to select cities. Does anyone know how to find out where they will be? I see the list of cities, but can't find the location in my city (minneapolis). I have tried googling, etc...

I can always count on my fellow DIS'. to bring this up as a topic. I was just looking for this info this morning. I found a website that I am going to call that had PR people #'s - maybe they will spill the beanz. Calling now. O.k. just got off the phone with someone from the state farm pr department. She said they will be posting the information as they get it. I explained to her that the tour already started and that one of the sities the cars will be located today is very near my house. So she is supposedly going to find out more info and call me back. Her name is Mia. I'll have to wait another couple of hours to call Buena Vista PR.

Lightning McQueen and Sally, two of the stars of Disney*Pixar’s exciting new computer animated feature CARS, race off the movie screen and into the real world as actual life-sized models.

Meet the CARS at the NASCAR SpeedPark located at the Vaughan Mills Shopping Centre 1 Bass Pro Mills Drive in Vaughan, Ontario on Monday, April 24 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.

There will be great giveaways, an awesome CARS colouring contest, you can get your picture taken with the CARS, and much more!
(Giveaways and photos are on a first come-first served basis.)

DH works at Mack Trucks, Macungie, PA. The cars were there Thursday hauled by a pretty nice Mack Truck. He said whoever made these cars did a great job. He did get pics but I'm not able to attach them.

Well I went to the one they hosted in Vaughan, Ontario!

Could not find out where they were to go next! Sorry Guys!

Talked with the DS CM and they only found out this past Friday that they were coming to this mall!

If you have a mall that has anything to do with Nascar, that's your best bet!

Took a few pics and when I get a chance, will post, but they aren't that exciting! Did manage to get some posters and a dinky car of the Police Car from the Movie! Toys R Us was also a sponsor of this event.

It was cute to see these vehicles!

Good Luck trying to find out where they will be next!
