Cars Land and construction

So my mom and I are considering our a 2nd Disneyland trip. We went last June and had a great time (we usually go to DW)!!! Can someone point us in the right direction or fill us in on all of the construction and dates if they are out. We are thinking June or July???

It looks like Cars Land will be ready by June. But Buena Vista Street could be the real issue. Disney has not said anyhting official.
