Hi everyone,

We are only 3 short days away from our next trip to WDW :cool1:

This is our 1st time flying since the new carryon regs though and we have some questions.

As this is a short trip we do not plan on checking any luggage so I want to make sure I only have with me what can be carried on. Are these okay as long as it is only 3oz or less?

Makeup - foundation that is in a tube
Sunscreen
Lotion
Hair products

Anything else I should be considering?

Thanks!

Remember ALL of your liquids must be 3 oz or under AND fit in ONE quart bag per passenger. (So each of you can have a quart bag, but you can't have two per person)

If you are a party of 4, is it okay to have 4 quart size bags in 1 carry on?

Each person gets their own quart size bag. The bags go through the detectors by themselves outside of any carry-on bag. There should be no problem putting all 4 quart bags in one carry-on bag after you are through the detectors. But TSA agents have been known to make up rules on the spot. I'd wait to you were away from the security area before putting them in one bag.

I agree, Before you get in line give each person his own baggie and then when you get to the gate reload them... LOL!

what about children (2 and 5) having their own baggies? I planned on carying theirs with mine. Do they have to be holding their own baggie? I can't imagine what I need for them except sunscreen toothpaste and shampoo.

I think for small kids you should be safe. For older kids and DH's I would make them take thier own.... (Common sense is not always a TSA skill set!)

Since I am the one who will have the most liquid items to carry on (makeup etc), I was wondering if it would be okay if it was spread out among 2-3 bags? Do you think it would be questioned about which bag goes to whom, because my kids wouldn't be using makeup? I am hoping that as long as the number of bags matches the number of people, then there won't be questions about who is using what.
