Carrying coke freestyle mugs

I am looking into getting a coke freestyle mug for my 4 day trip in July to battle the heat, how do you carry it (sorry if that's a stupid question)? Will it spill if you put it in a bag or if I end up with a fanny pack I'm assuming you just carry it all day? Is that a problem for rides or shows? I know certain rides require lockers so asking for the rides that don't I guess.

With the Freestyle Mug, you have a lid that you can push the straw through and snap it closed. While it isn't a completely airtight seal, it keeps all but a few drops in. We usually put our mug in the free lockers when we get on rides that require it. For the water ride that doesn't have a locker, you can store your belongings in the middle of the seat (which is when we locked our lid.) Since you have a fanny pack, looping the handle through the belt may be a good idea if you don't want to hold it in your hand all day.
