Can the pandora banshees in a box be a carry on item for flight?

Does it meet the dimensions of a carryon? Doesn't seem to be filled with liquid so it seems fine.

As long as it is within the dimensions given for a carry on bag, yes.

My dd carried her banshee on our last flight in its box, it fit under the seat in front along with her backpack.
