Yes and all the bottles must fit in your 311 bag and each passenger is only allowed one 311 bag

Yup, anything liquid or gel, to make it simple if it does not hold it's shape outside the container it is in, then it is a liquid/gel. And as the previous poster said, all containers have to be less 3 oz or less and fit in one quart size clear plastic baggie, one baggie per person. Yes, and those bottles must be clearly marked as 3.4 oz (100ml) or less.

By the way, "clearly marked" means by the manufacturer - not by the airline passenger with a Sharpie
