Sorry, no. No sidewalks, several miles, crossing major thoroughfares (World Drive). Best way using Disney transportation would be to take Skyliner to DHS (or bus to MK or AK) then bus to Coronado Springs. If DHS is closed, you could take a bus from CBR to Disney Springs and then bus to Coronado. Reverse to get back to CBR.
