Carriage ride at POR/FQ.

Did you reserve before your trip

when you go to WDW

or just walked up and lucked out on an opening.

We will be there the week of Dec.3-10 if this helps.

I made our reservations 90 days out. I didn't want to plan on it and then find out I couldn't be fit into their schedule that night.

Good question! I wonder the same things for the first week of September?

I'd book it at least a week or two out as there are very rarely any walk-up options. It doesn't book solid as quickly as character meals do, but it's getting more popular.

If you do know when you want to ride any earlier though, why not book it anyway and then you know you're sorted? You can always cancel and/or try to rearrange if your plans change.
