Has anyone ever rented through them? I'm getting a lower rate than anywhere else but I'm hesitant.

It's been around for a long time and it's perfectly legitimate. I would not hesitate to rent through them.

I booked a reservation thru that site for September 2014. Verified the ressie with the agency. My husband works for an insurance agency and even with his company discount couldn't come close to their rates. Walked to the counter, checked in, paid and left with the car I reserved just that easy. Would reserve at that site again.

Thanks for the feedback! I booked with them for Alamo, the price was too good to pass up...figured if people had bad reviews I would just cancel. Normally when I book with Alamo I go right to the car. Can I do that booking through them?

Did you enter your Insider's number when you booked?

I love them! been using the site for years-it's very rare to find a better price than what I find there..... in fact just rebooked for a trip today and save 400.00!!!

I was able to add my Alamo insider number and the reservation pulls up on the Alamo website when I sign in. You pay the rental company directly and not until you pick up your car.
