Carousel Inn Pool Down Until June

Got a message from DL Travel that the Carousel Inn pool will not be available until sometime in June. Appraently they were doing rennovations and ran into a problem. The pool was actually supposed to be done about now.

Atleast they are being proactive about making people aware of the problem. They also indicated they are offering a $25 voucher for the inconveniece and they will drive you back and forth to their sister property the Annabella and you can use their pool.

I'm going to call on Monday to get the whole scoop.

you already have the full scoop. They are really stepping up on customer service. I think it's great that they are giving the $25.00 and the ride to the Annabella. A lot of places would just surprise you with no pool at arrival and say too bad!

What a bummer I'll be there the the beginning of June and was looking forward to using the pool. Hopefully they'll finish a couple weeks early. But a $25.00 voucher is a nice gesture too! They were SO nice when we called and booked with them, that we're really looking forward to staying there and trying it out Hopefully the renovations make it nicer than some of the reviews on here as well

Wow! That would be a definite cancel for me. The pool is the most important part of a hotel for us. That and it being clean, lovely, fancy, cheap, close to Disneyland, dedicated shuttle, but first the pool.
