I am in need of some experts to help me clarify some of my questions!
We have a room for the end of July with the Micechat offer ($89). We have the basic room with 2 beds.

What is the difference between these rooms and the concierge rooms? I am aware that the concierge rooms are towards the back of the property which will be quieter. Are the concierge rooms the only ones with hardwood floors and possibly a little larger?

Also, online it said that micechat members would receive a “free hot breakfast”. But when I called to ask what this entailed she said it was just the normal danish/muffins that all people staying at the hotel received. Can anyone tell me if this "free hot breakfast" even exists or what it entails?

The wife booked us there the first of april this year. Yes, there is a "Free Hot Breakfast". You have your choice of either "Hot Oatmeal or a Toasted Bagel", the choice is yours. They also have pickled eggs, danish, toast, apples, oranges, cold cereal, etc. ENJOY....

Well..we didn't have Concierge and I was on the third floor and had a rug and my friend was on the second floor and had no rug, so don't know if that was hardwood or not. It was a very "eh" kinda place but for $89 that is about right. We paid $140 and felt that was too high, but you are paying for location as it is pretty darn good on that front. The breakfast doesn't open until 7 am and our airport shuttle was there at 6:45 so we totally missed that.
