Quick question regarding Tux rental/Dress Steaming.

We are renting 5 tuxes and ahving 2 dresses steamed. We were planning on doing this in the hotel room on Friday at some point, but 2 of the party are now not coming untill Saturday afternoon. Is it possible for us to continue with the plan and have the 2 dresses steamed and 3 tuxes fitted on the friday and then get the other 2 to go into the shop on saturday to fit theirs?

Will they let us do this or will they charge extra? ive been trying to get an answer from them but they are not responding!

I don't know. I found Carolyn very easy to deal with; although sometimes it took a few days for her to respond to email. We had our fitting on Saturday late afternoon and she had to bring back items that didn't fit on Monday for our vow renewal. I would assume that as long as your 2nd group is going to her shop, there should be no extra charge.

She did the tuxes at 9am on Saturday, then she dropped off any changes that had to be made around 6-630 that night. She came later around 2pm on Saturday afternoon to do the dresses. She pressed my dress but the bridesmaids dresses needed to be ironed out, she said they couldn't be steamed. So i feel like that was a waste of money, i could've done it because after the girls spent money on having the dresses pressed, they were still wrinkles and creases in the dresses. I felt like it was a waste of money. My advice is to check the dresses after they are done - I was taking a nap so i wasn't fully awake when she left.
