Carolyn Allens Dress Delivery/Steaming

Our wedding is at 2:30 and we are doing our hair and make-up in our room ourselves (my one Bridesmaid does hair and make-up on the side). I am hoping to ship my dress to Carolyn Allens, and was wondering what time I should expect them to bring our dresses.

Of course I am nervous about it, so I don't know when to expect the dresses. In my request form I sent them the time says 10am, is this the time I should expect them to show up?

My daughter bought her gown and bridesmaids gowns from Carolyn Allen and they are wonderful to work with. The day of the wedding they delivered all the dresses including mine which I dropped off at their shop the day before to have it steamed also. They came I beleive around 10 in the morning ready for steaming etc. They are pretty prompt as they also have to be in their store for business as well afterwards. I am sure you won't have any problems with them. You can always call them and make sure as well.

Keith and Sue are AWESOME and I am sure they will bring your dresses at whatever time you would like. They were such a dream to work with. We had the best possible experience.

We used them to come morning of to steam my dresses. They were late arriving so I would def. put down extra early. Overall they did a good job.

Thanks, right now I have them scheduled for 10am. I just got off the phone with them to pay my bill.

I have them scheduled for my steaming, and I'm shipping my dress down to them. We're also getting our tuxes through them. Keith and team have been fantastic about answering all of my questions and making everything work.

They should bring 'em whenever you tell them too. My wedding's a Monday @ 2:30, but they're delivering my dress the Sat. before.

They steamed my dress and my moms in our room the morning of the wedding. They did a wonderful job. Our wedding was at 10:00am, I forget what time CA was there, but they were very quite, even forgot they were there. We were getting hair and makeup done at the time. I would highly recommend them, they are very nice and they do what they say they will do.

My wedding was also at 2:30. If I am remembering correctly, Carolyn Allens told us what time they would drop them off (as opposed to me trying to figure it out). I believe they arrived at 7am, but they had to steam my dress, 4 BM dresses, and 4 tuxes. She came with her husband, so they got it done really quick, I'd say they were done in about an hour at the most. HTH
