Someone posted a carmel apple dip recipe awhile back and I can't find it. Soes anyone have it?

Hi!

That was my recipe, so here it is:

Caramel Apple Dip

1 stick butter or margarine
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 pkg (11-16oz) Caramels

Melt everything together in microwave, stirring after each minute, until smooth. Serve warm with apple slices, or over ice cream. I keep mine warm in a mini crockpot. Refrigerates & reheats well.

Enjoy!

I posted one, too.

Hot Caramel Dip
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar
1 can sweetened condensed milk (I use non-fat)
apples

Mix all ingredients except apples in sacepan. Bring to a boil. Stir constantly or it will scorch. Pour into a mini-crockpot. Set on low. Dip apple slices into hot caramel. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated.

Variation: add 1/2 c. peanut butter to dip. I've never tried that one.

This kind of dip would be fun for a party. A group of my friends like to throw theme parties. This would be a hit for the next fondue party.
