Since nobody has chimed in here, I'll say that we stayed there once and it was a great deal for a larger family. Common areas and pool a re e lovely and the location isn't bad if you don't need a Disney property hotel.

Stayed once, great price. Suite was like an Embassy, bedroom, living room, kitchenette. Pool is nice, fairly large. Has slide but always closed when we got back from park. I think dining but we were at parks. Can't walk anywhere, cross the road to drug store. Def would only stay if I had a car and was driving places. I went in December so while we swam once overall the hotel was very "quiet". I've never felt compelled to return, I can get same room at Embassy with great breakfast and evening reception plus housekeeping. BUT we are park centric.

YIKES! There are so many hotels in the area that have no fees at all, some with less. No way I'd pay this for that hotel. When I stayed there were zero fees - and they haven't added anything since.
