Caribbean Beach vs Dolphin, worth $36.00exta ??

Those of you in the know help me out. I have only stayed at
the Polly and AKL once each. They were both great. This trip
is shorter ,5 nights but only 4 days. I have us booked the the
Caribbean beach water view for $154.99 per nite including tax.
With the allears rate I can get the dolphin for a total of $36.00
per nite more, including resort fee. Is it worth the difference?
The swan is booked one nite out of my stay, so much for
those great beds.
Its my husband, me and one child age 6. We will have a
rental car.
Should I pay the extra $180.00 for the dolphin ?

If it were me, yes I would pay the extra to stay at the Dolphin!

You are comparing a moderate (CBR) to a deluxe resort!

The Dolphin is within walking distance to both Epcot and MGM. I think the pool at the Dolphin is far superior to that at CBR.

Before I'd stay at the CBR I would stay at the All Star Sports. But if you have a choice between CBR and Dolphin. The Dolphin is the way to go. I have stayed at the Swan but I can say the Dolphin looks just as good. The pool is great and the layout is much better. The boat ride to MGM and Epcot is extremely convienent. And the boardwalk is a short walk away. This hotel is much better than the large confusing layout of the CBR. And the rooms come with mini bars that you can use to hold your own drinks. The only drawback was the pricie of food. There are no refillable mugs so bring your own drinks.

Let me start off by saying that CBR is my personal favorite for a moderate resort. But with the ability to stay at S&D with the great rates they have been offering, that is hwere we have choosen to stay on our last few trips.

Yes, It is worth the $36.00 difference to be at this deluxe vs CBR moderate!

Unquestionably. Especially for a short trip; the location of the S&D will save you valuable vacation time that you would normally spend on a bus from CBR to Epcot & MGM.
