Caribbean Beach Resort

My family and my sister and her girls are going to be staying at the Caribbean Beach Resort the week of June 16th. We have requested connecting rooms, but were told that we would not know until our arrival whether our request had been granted. Is there anything I can do to ensure we get connecting rooms?

Is this information noted in your reservation? That would be helpful too. You should also ask again when you check in. The resort is so big I am sure it won't be a problem to grant your request. They are very good at granting your requests at CBR.

Thank you for your help. I was advised when I booked our rooms that this was noted. I hope someone wasn't pulling my leg. This is my sister and I 2nd trip. 1st trip for my husband and all of the kids. Can't wait till we get there.

we were going down a group of 6....2 families of 3...and had not made any previous requests
my family arrived first...my mother asked the CM if he could place us in a room that was close to the food court...and close to our fellow party...
what he did for us...
exactly what we asked...we were placed in adjoining rooms...in the Jamiaca village...nearly a 4min walk to the food court...

CBR is a HUGE resort....your reguest will be met ...make sure to ask at Check in though....
