Caribbean Beach resort buses

I realize it’s probably somewhere in the very long thread, so I apologize if this has been answered elsewhere. We are at CBR in 2 weeks for Spring Break, non preferred room. I know there are 3 bus stops which is the first stop ie, most likely to get on?

Barbados
Trinidad
Jamaica
Aruba

And at times,they will have 2 routes:

Martinique
