Our room did not look like those pictures. In fact I liked how our room looked better than the pictures. Saw no sign of any work being done at all.

does any one swim early in the morning, dont want to go swimming and wake every one up but wake very early on the first couple of mornings there

The main pool doesn't open til 9 AM and the gates to it are locked til the lifeguards come on duty. But you're free to swim in the quiet pools that are in each village anytime you want. Technically, the quiet pools have posted hours, but there's no way to gate off the pool, and a CM who was cleaning up one night told me that they don't enforce the pool hours as long people using the pool are quiet and don't disturb guests in the rooms that are next to the pools. The pool hours are really only there so that they can have justification to remove guests who are being rowdy and loud at unacceptable hours and keeping people up. So feel free to swim in the early morning if you want.

...just about 24 hours from now. I'll try to post from there tomorrow night what our room looks like. This is our first time at CBR and we are looking forward to it for our quick trip this week!

Have a great trip and thanks for any info you can provide!

Will my 4 year old boy think that the Pirate Room is great? We have that booked and I'm second guessing my decision...

I'm Jealous (but you'll be in May - when I'm there)

I like Aruba and Jamaica. At the Jamaica beach, you can see the top of the fireworks from Epcot.

How much more will you be paying?

My kids, it wouldn't really matter, but everyone is different.

My hubby would love them. Being that we are going kid free I would have a problem with the beds. I might get a Pirate Room in a couple years for my daughter and her family when they take my grandson for the first time. He should be around 4 or 5.

Is anyone there now or is anyone going really soon? The reason I ask is that I was told that they do not have cribs at the CBR, but today when I called for another reason the lady I spoke to(I know she just a call center) said they DO have a few cribs, BUT must are PnP. Is there anyone someone can find out the truth for me before I rent a crib. It really would mean a lot.

Counting down the days til we are there. :goodvibes

Our last time there I asked this exact question to the head of housekeeping for a DIS member with an upcoming trip and was told no cribs, only pack-n-plays.

Thank you. I was a afraid that was the case and the CM was wrong. Thank you.

Is there an extra fee to request a pack 'n play at any Disney hotel?

How many cots can I request? We are only 4, but ideally I'd like to get a King bed with 2 cots for the kids.
