can anyone tell me how cold the main pool is at CBR. I get cold very easy and wondering if I should pack my long sleve skin guard swim top. I already have 90% of every one's clothes packed and can not wait!!!!

It's normally set to 82.

If you have room, I'd bring it just in case. I know all WDW pools are heated, but some have felt warmer/colder to me than others, and CBR is on my "colder" list.

Right there with ya! We're down to 5 days . And after waking to up to freezing temps and having to scrape ice off the windshield this morning? I am sooooo ready.

Maple. I've been interested to stay at CBR with our 2DD. The catch for us is having somewhere to sit when she goes to bed. From your experience is there space enough outside the upstair rooms to put a chair in the walkway?

We've taken the two chairs from our room and put them just outside our door before. The walkway is wide so we weren't blocking the way for anyone walking past.

You never know - you May luck out with a room that faces the lake. Our first year, we had a ground floor room, facing the lake. There was actually a table and chairs just outside our door. We loved it. Had a place seat and relax while DD fell sleep.

82 sounds nice for an out door temp but a little cold for water. I know I know that is pretty bad but honestly I get cold pretty easily. The boys never feel the temp so they will be fine. Lots of playing with the kids is bound to keep me warm lol!!!

We just got our magic bands today!!! Just one step closer to our trip. I have everything packed and ready to go! We are sooooo excited!!! 26 days to go so hopfully it will go by fast. Any last words of advice for us?

I do this all the time. Perfectly fine, and an excellent idea!

Was just at CBR a few weeks ago. It was fantastic! And, Shutters was our surprise HIT of the trip. It was delicious!!!

A room rehab was supposed to start this month. No confirmation yet that it has started.

So excited for you! We stayed in POR in Feb. for a week but we just keep wanting to go back to CB which has come to be our fav.

What makes you go back to CB? Is it price? Grounds? Busses? Looking forward to your reasons for choice AND your trip report when you return!

We love all three moderates that we have stayed in (CBR, POR and POFQ) but my first love had always been CBR. It is the first Disney resort that I ever stayed in way back in 1989. Before that I couldn't afford to stay onsite. I love the atmosphere and theming of a tropical Caribbean island. I remember my first stay at the Poly and I was actually missing CBR! I do look forward to the addition of queen beds. For now I am still sharing with my DD when on vacation and DH gets the other bed. But she is nearly adult size so queen beds will be much better for future trips.
