So ready for our 7 night stay @ CBR & 2 nights @ Pop! This will be our son's 1st trip & I think he'll have a great time!

If you look on the WDW site, and click on Where to Stay, Click on Moderate Resorts, select CBR, then select "Amenities" you will find all the features of the guest rooms, and the resort in general.

Thanks to both of you for your replies. I just clicked on that link and it also answered my question about internet. It said it is available for a fee. I wonder what the fee is? hmmm...

If we get internet I guess this will be my hubby in the mornings as he's waiting for me to get ready: ( I just found out that I can't add images because I only have 6 posts instead of the required 10. Anyway, I WAS going to post the image of the guy drinking coffee while surfing the net. )

The fee for hi speed internet is $9.95 for 24 contiguous hours. (If you start at 7 am tuesday, you have it till 7 am wednesday.) Ethernet cable is on night stand.

Does anyone know -- are there nightly movies at the pool now? What time do they start? Is it just a seasonal thing or weekends only? We're going in January and an evening movie would be nice, especially as our usual evening swim will likely be precluded by the temperatures!

Does anyone know if the inside of the main room doors are metal?

Also are there "to go" paper cups with lids available in the rooms with the coffee or only mug, no lid, to be drank in the room, type cups?

i never saw lids for anything in the room- there were a couple to go lid free cups and regualr glass tumbler type cups

My DS7 is very tall. Will they kick him out of the pirate splash area? That looks very tempting for a 7yo boy if he's not allowed. Any experience with this?

I think we have decided to stay CBR our next trip.
We want close to the pool and would like a lake view room in Martinique . How is the Martinique building as far as location and has it been refurbised lately ? Oh and we need near a smoking area is there some out on the beach side ?
What I want to request is Martinique on the beach side. Would this be a preferred or water view room ? I'm willing to pay for the preferred or water view room, I just didnt know which that would be ? Or if any of you CBR fans know of a better location please let me know Thanks for any help

You should purchase preferred if you want Martinique. You can't purchase both but you can request a water view in a preferred location. Be aware that a water view could be overlooking a pool or you have to strain to see the water from your room. I think every room at CBR has a great view so if you want to be close to the main pool and food court I would purchase preferred.

Usually Mouskeeping is very accomodating, so I imagine if you can catch them & ask for some extras they will give them to you. If not just call down & ask for them to be dropped off. Depending on how early you are up maybe ask the day before so you have them in the room next morning waiting to go.

Yickes!! Is there a height/age limit to the pirate splash area? My kids (6 and 8) LOVE this type of play area-- mostly waiting under the bucket for the big drop of water to splah down

It is supposed to for children 48" and under. You can usually find some bigger kids in there though, and unless it gets a little rowdy in there and the bigger kids are keeping the little ones from getting to the slides and such...they may leave 'em alone. But they certainly can ask any kid taller than 48" to leave the splash area.

While my DD 11 and I were there in July, we saw kids of all ages at the Splash Pool.

Ok thank you I will just book preferred and request Martinique Is this a nice building ? I mean has it been refurbished or is one that is need of being refurbed ? If anyone has stayed in Martinique I would love to hear your experiences
