OH PLEASE SOMEBODY TELL ME!

My mom and I are thinking about taking her ******** brother to DL next year. He's 48, but has the mind of a 5 year old. The last time we took him to DL, although it was nice to see him happy, the trip was difficult. We were thinking if we do take him next year, if there's a program where we can hire a caretaker to take him to DL for a day while my mom and I go off alone?
