CARES airplane harness question

Anyone ever rent these? I see them on eBay and wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on who to or not to rent from. Thanks!!

If you think you might use it more than once I would look on Craigslist. I bought one off of Craigslist for $40 and we've used it twice. when she outgrows it I will put it on Craigslist myself.

I didn't have any luck with Craigslist. I didn't see any on there, and I need two (twins).

If you do a search on ebay using the words CARES Harness, you get a list. In the list there is a picture of a little girl and her little brother sitting in the harnesses. This was the lady I rented mine from. Everything went well. She charges $13 plus shipping, which is about $5.50. Then you have to pay to ship it back.

I bought one from Zulily for $40. They have them every 6 months or so. I resold mine on a local FB mom swap for $35. It rocked for flying alone w 3 kid when DS2 was 2-3 years old. He's almost 4 now.

We've had one since DD was a baby. She's almost 6 now and still uses it in every flight.

I rented one from the same woman on eBay. It went pretty smoothly and I think she gives a discount if you rent two at once (actually I think many of them do.)

Taking carseats on the plane is what convinced my husband to buy a minivan. Now we just road trip.

I rented mine from eBay and the seller mailed it to me in time for my trip and included a prepaid return envelope
