Cards for CMs

I've read on several trip reports that people will bring cards into the parks to give to a CM who is doing a great job. Is there a place to print a template? Do you use heavier stock paper? Being in the Customer Service/Health field, I know how much it means to get an extra thank you from people

My advice is to fill out a comment card at Guest Relations instead. Giving them the equivalent of a form letter doesn't mean anymore than a verbal "thank you" and just gives them something to try to hang on to while they're trying to do their job. Filling out a comment card at Guest Relations actually helps them get raises and promotions.
