Hey guys and girls,

We are staying offsite and I ordered 1 annual pass and 7 UK&Europe only 14 days tickets.
The tickets are all online in my MDE account.

I know the annual pass comes with a Magicband, but if you live outside the US, they don’t ship it to you, nor do you get to pick one up (for free) at the parks or so.

So all I have are E-tickets. How do I change these in to cards? Can I do this at any Guest Service after arrival (Hotels, Themeparks, Waterparks and DisneySprings)? Since I also want to buy Tables in Wonderland, and we start our trip off with Breakfast at the Polynesian, can I fix that there as well or will I need to stop by somewhere else first?

And then again those Magicbands… Buying Magicbands online at the Disneystore is not an option for they are not shipped outside the US. So should I buy them at Disneyworld (can this be done at a Guest Service location?) And do I need to connect them to the correct person online in MDE? Or could someone at the Guest Services do this? (Since I only have a mobile phone with limited Internet access and no computer or whatsoever)

I am a little lost on what to do next? (Or is it easier to just call Disney and have them explain this to me?)

From what I understand, you can pick up a magicband for the AP at liberty square. You will need to go to guest services to activate the AP and get cards for the other tickets. You would have to buy the bands in the stores and then link them in your MDE and you can use them
 
You can pick up Tables In Wonderland at any guest relations window (entrance to parks, Disney Springs).
 
Your probably going to want to go to guest relations and get an actual ticket/card for everyone first. This will gain you entrance to the parks as well as access to all your FP+ and you will want your AP card for discounts anyway.

Then you can pick up your AP MB in MK (if you want) and or purchase MB's at the parks for anyone who wants them. Once purchased you simply enter the number inside the band into your MDE and link it to the proper person. Then each guest can use either the MB or the Card for park access and FP+.

If someone doesn't want a MB he/she can just use the card instead.

You will also need your AP card to purchase the TIW - also done at Guest Relations.
 

You can also do all the getting cards and activating AP at the ticket windows. I've found more often then not, those are a little less busy then guest relations.

You can go to your first park and a CM can give you a plastic ticket at the entrance touchpoint at the time you enter using your eticket.

If you don’t want to hold up the line, exchange your eticket at a ticket window.

You can go and pick up all the plastic tickets.
