carbs/protein/fat % per day (WW)

For the first time today I entered in my food on fitday! woo hoo, been meaning to do that for awhile.

now - what to do with all this useful info? what percentages are your goal (fat/carbs/protein)??? what should I be aiming for to have maximum fat loss :)

Right now i'm just under 1200 calories for the day, so I better have a skinny cow after dinner ;)

If I stop now, I have an even 20% fat 20% protein 60% carbs, Atkins people - don't faint!
 
Im very similar to you
I try for that 1200 calories - usually in the 1400 by the time I do my nighttime snacking
My averages are 20% fat, 20% protein and 60% carbs
Im happy with the fat percentages (doc told me under 30%) but I know I could/should raise the protein/lower the carbs
