For the first time today I entered in my food on fitday! woo hoo, been meaning to do that for awhile.
now - what to do with all this useful info? what percentages are your goal (fat/carbs/protein)??? what should I be aiming for to have maximum fat loss
Right now i'm just under 1200 calories for the day, so I better have a skinny cow after dinner
If I stop now, I have an even 20% fat 20% protein 60% carbs, Atkins people - don't faint!
