Has anyone used these products? Do they really work and are they safe? What are the side effects? I was thinking of trying them on my up coming Disney trip since I am afraid I will gain back every single pound I have stuggled to lose before this trip. If anyone has any opinions of these please let me know. Thanks

The few times that I've used them, the only side-effect appeared to be extra gas a few hours after taking them. Not sure I'd take them for the first time while in Disney! You might want to try them some evening when you'll be home - they might not affect you the same way!
