We are flying in 2 nights before the cruise and will visit Magic Kingdom the day before the cruise. We don't plan to rent a car and instead just take a car service to the hotel, then to Port Canaveral, then back to the airport. We will have an almost 3 year old and it just dawned on me we need a car seat! I don't want to lug one around from home. Any suggestions on reliable car services that will provide a car seat too? Thank you!!

Mears Transportation is huge here and has everything from small taxis (Yellow Cab and Checker Cabs) to vans to shuttle buses and limos. I have no doubt that if you hired a car in advance through them that they could supply a child safety seat. I'd look them up online and/or give them a call.

We used Mears and they had car seats available for us, though we used our own. The driver did not know how to install the one he had, FWIW.
Have a great trip!

How many are in your group?
We are a family of 4 with my youngest needing a carseat. Every company I contacted said they could provide a booster, but not a carseat in a towncar/sedan as we would have 3 people in the backseat and the carseat would take up too much space. If we wanted to change to a van or SUV with 3rd row, they would then provide a carseat but the price difference was pretty substantial.
Another option if you are staying Onsite at WDW, you can take magical express free to your resort from the airport. Then take the DCL bus ($35pp each way) from your resort to port canaveral and again take the DCL bus to the airport at the end of your trip. No carseat required for the busses. The cost of the bus might be the same or cheaper than private transport since it is a 3 leg trip and you may have to get a larger vehicle size depending on your family size

We used happy limo. They brought one and installed it. I think it was an extra $10. It was a pretty basic seat but it worked for our 3 year old.

We used Tiffany Towncars and they provided a booster. I paid a flat rate.

We used Orlando Airport Town Car and they provided one at no extra cost. We've used them 4 times now and loved them. They have flat rates to and from the airport, WDW and Port Canaveral. It included the car seat/ booster seat and a stop along the way so we could bring alcohol on board.

This is the company we've used about a dozen times in the past 3 years!!! They have convertible car seats as well as boosters. They are reliable. I've had no issues ever with them.

We have used Southern Elegance Limos 5 or 6 times now and they provide car seats at no cost. You just have to let them know you need one!

Thanks everyone for the suggestions. Looks like there are several companies that provide seats. We will look into each of these! thanks!!!

We've used Park Avenue Limos and they are excellent.

As PP mentioned, if you are staying onsite at WDW, you can take Magical Express to the resort and then have DCL provide your transfers to the port and to the airport. All of these would be on a bus, so you wouldn't need a car seat at all.

STAR TRANS-VIP, the company we usually use (they always provide car seats), did not have any availability on the day of our departure...so i booked Mears. I requested a car seat in advance...and...the driver showed up without one. He apologized, but a 2 year old baby had to ride without a car seat (1 hour drive).

We are booked with FL Tours next month to take us to the port. There was a choice to include car seats but I did not since we will be bringing our own from home since we will be renting a car after our cruise.

Kidmoto would be a perfect option for your next trip since they are a car service who specialize in family travel and safety. They offer rides to and from cruises and airports, all you have to do is select the type of vehicle you want to ride in and the car seat size that you need and they'll arrive in a time you set. They are very professional and they really know how to make your ride relaxing and safe.

Yikes! Just priced it out from the airport to the port and it was 350.00 one way.

If you're staying on Disney property, I would use Minnie Van service; it's the best! They have convertible carseats for every stage and phenomenal service. The pricing is very reasonable for the high quality of service you get. Otherwise, Disney Cruise Line's private transfers from the ship to Orlando area hotels (or airport) are just as good, but not quite as magical as those Minnie Vans. Call DCL and ask to speak with the private transfers department.
