We cruise this Saturday and are heading there from BWV. We would like to Rrive at the port early for pictures and to attempt to upgrade our cabin.

Happy Limo can't pick us up until after 11am but we have a PAT of 1030.

Are here any other reliable and affordable private car companies?

We are only 2 adults so just a sedan is fine.

Due to local laws all local transfers can't drop off before 11 am

Port canaveral put this law in recently.

You can ask other firms like FLTours but the answer should be the same.

We used Southern Elegance back in December and would use them again.

Once off the ship, we had to call them to let them know we were ready and that was the only time we had an issue (our international mobile would not co-operate and let the call go though!).

We've used Tiffany Town Car many times and love them. We've never used them for PC, but have used them for r/t transfers between MCO and Disney resorts. They have always been on time, cars very clean, and drivers friendly and courteous.

But OP could find someone to pick them up at 10 and get them to the port at 11....still better than leaving Orlando at 11.....I would think the terminal would be super busy at noon.....

They said there PAT is at 10.30am, under the new law at PC if observed, that isn't possible and they may get similar responses, my answer reflected that, yes they could squeeze a bit of time in, that wasn't my point, it was an explanation as to why they say it.

Just to piggyback on this....does the "not before 11:00" rule apply to taxis as well? We're staying at a hotel in Cocoa Beach the night before the cruise and were planning to take a cab to the port the morning of the cruise. Can taxis drop you off before 11:00?
Or....if we have a car rental until the morning of the cruise, if DH drops us off at port and then returns the rental, can he get a shuttle from the rental place to drop him off before 11:00?

OP, if your primary goal is to be among the first into the terminal, I would recommend taking DCL transfers. First, you would need to get to the airport. The buses from the airport to Port Canaveral start running a little bit after nine.

I have used Tiffany Towncar ten or twelve times and will be using them for my September cruise as well. I've always had excellent service!

We're considering this. How far is it from where ME drops off to where DCL transfer desk is?

Just wondering- why is the first port arrival choice for 10:30 if they wont let cars in until 11?

The terminal officially opens now at 10:30am, hence PAT times begin then. A while ago, the terminal didn't open until 11am. I don't know for sure, but 11am could be the time most other terminals at Port Canaveral open (DCL has their own private terminal). Therefore, rather than having different rules for different cruiselines/terminals, the limos stick with the 11am time for all.

I assume you mean taking DME from WDW back to MCO? Drop-off is at the various departure terminals. The DME desk and DCL transfers are located near arrivals. I have read reports of people telling the bus driver they want to return to the DME location, sometimes they'll be dropped there but other times made to get off at a stop with other departing guests.

Enjoy your cruise!
