What are the rules in Florida concerning car seats in taxi cabs? Are they required? Do the cabs have them if you request it?

Children under 4 are required to be in a car seat even in taxis. Children ages 4-5 are required to be in boosters. Many Orlando-area cabs have them available, though you might have to have the bell stand call one for you as the cabs typically waiting at the resort may or may not have a seat. (And you should always check to be sure the seat seems solidly and properly installed.)
