Car repainting with Maaco

Anyone ever taken their car and had it repainted (either the same color or a different one) with Maaco? I have 6 payments to go but have lots of discoloration on the hood from sun damage (so I'm told). Anyways, I plan on keeping the car for another year or so and figure it will help with the resale value. They are running a special of $149 right now.

I've only seen the result of one person who used Maaco to paint their car and you can definitely say they got what they paid for. It was uneven, had orange peel finish in areas and big runs in others. It could have been an isolated incident but knowing someone in the autobody industry, a quality paint alone would cost more than the total charge Maaco charges. I'd be careful and ask them for some references
