Car Rentals at Port Canaveral?

Which car rental companies still operate out of (or close to) Port Canaveral and have a shuttle to/from the port?

I did some research but when I go directly to the companies' website, some of them don't seem to populate Port Canaveral or Cape Canaveral as a pick up location. I was wondering whether this was due to COVID.

Avis
Budget
Thrifty
Enterprise
National
Alamo

I'm looking to pick up a rental car nearby and then drop it off at a different location (MCO). I know I will pay $100-150 extra to do that, which is fine.

In 2019, we rented from Hertz in Port Canaveral, went to WDW for the day, then dropped off at MCO. The shuttle was quick and easy, there was a slight delay in the rental process, but overall a good experience. I looked into doing this on an upcoming cruise and the Hertz app wouldn’t let me. I was wondering if there was a supply issue.

I use Avis for MCO to port Canaveral and then port Canaveral back to MCO

You need to select a different location as the hertz closest is still closed as far as I know.

We are just getting a car at MCO and keeping it for the week.

Using points so in the end not much out of pocket and gives piece of mind to not have to worry or rely on the car rental places around Port.

Budget has a location on Cape Canaveral, 8401 Astronaut Blvd (ZC5) is the location code.
