Has anyone had any experience with L and M Car Rental? They have the lowest prices I can find but I never heard of them. Thanks.

If you do a search for L&M you will find quite a few threads regarding them. They have had very mixed reviews.

Just got back from my third time renting from L&M. No problems with renting or the car, and I've never had to wait in a line for them.

We have not rented from L & M, so I cannot give you a personal experience. But if all the negative experiences posted by peopke on this board scare you away, here is another alternative.
Since L & M is typically the lowest, we use them as a baseline and then bid below that on priceline.com. We specify an MCO car rental agency, and we have gotten Avis twice and Alamo twice, always for a rate below L & M.
