Car Rental worried

My mom and I are going to WDW on Sept 10 until Sept 18. We reserved a Convertible through Alamo.com What happens if there is no convertible in the garage when we arrive at 5pm?

I know when we rented a Mid Size SUV there were none available so they told us to take a Full Size SUV. But with convertible's what happens if there are no more left? What would they give us?

We are paying extra for the convertible for the reason of having one and are worried we will be stuck with some other kind of car that we could have paid less for?

Don't worry so much. If the car you reserved is not available, they will first check with National as they are the same company. If none are available, they will give you a better car, not one that is a lower cost...

Thanks so much for responding. Hopefully it will be a non issue but glad to know we wouldn't be given a car that would have been cheaper!
