OK so I just got a great deal(I believe) for a rental. How is this website?

I have free cancellation and have not put in my credit card number yet. I booked a mid sized SUV under Alamo through this company for $266 dates are 7/28 to 8/2. It also gives free additional driver. I'm seeing over $400 through Alamo website.

I want to "skip the counter". If I want to check in online, is this possible even though I didn't book direct with Alamo? I hate waiting in the line at the counter!

I believe you need to go to the counter if you book thru Carrentalsavers.

I booked thru carrentalsavers for Thrifty but then went the Thrifty sight and there was a 15% off coupon and the price was the same, so I just booked directly with Thrifty. Maybe there is a coupon out there if you booked directly with Alamo.

UGH don't want to go to the counter. I will keep trying. I have a mid sized car reserved that I will keep and will keep checking for discounts.

Yes, you can check in online. You will have received an Alamo confirmation number from carrentalsavers. Use that number, less any text, to check in online at Alamo.com.

Thank you. It looks like we can check in on line. I went to the site to see. I just went up to the point of entering cc info. The other issue is that when we bring up the ressie on the Alamo site it says "Costco web savers discount$10." We don't have a Costco card nor did I enter any discounts on car rental savers website. I'm just afraid of getting to the counter and they charge us $400.
