Car rental reservation/cancel ?

I am going in May and after following the advice on these boards have been checking both Dollar and National. Had a ressie w/ Dollar first and now have a cheaper one with National using the Vacation Outlet contract/coupon. I have not rented a car in ages. These ressies don't ask for credit card, etc. I have the confirm # but is there anything else I need to do/know. Are there any cancellation policies?
Any help would be great!

I use both all of the time. Had National, then dollar, now back to national. No cc needed for reservation, but please cancel what you don't need. I just spent this evening making all new ressies since the amount changed more. Then I spent time canceling all of the earlier reservations. You wouldn't want the computer to think that all cars are reserved and others can't take advantage of this deal. Going in May too. I have a full size for 2 weeks, 1 day and the total is $300 after all taxes and fees!
